Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KaleidoForge's AI-powered content generation platform, including any associated websites, applications, and services. The Service is provided by KaleidoForge AI, Inc.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When using KaleidoForge, you agree to:
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use generated content responsibly and ethically
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
You may not use KaleidoForge to:
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Create spam, phishing content, or misleading information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or violate privacy of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Generate content that impersonates real individuals without consent
Content ownership and rights:
• You retain ownership of the original content you input into KaleidoForge
• Generated content created by our AI is licensed to you for your use
• You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• KaleidoForge retains rights to the underlying AI models and technology
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery
• Our branding, logos, and trademarks remain our exclusive property
Payment terms and conditions:
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaleidoForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- • Your use or inability to use the Service
- • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
- • Any errors or omissions in any content generated by the Service
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
