Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign up through Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from Google.
Content Data
We store the content you create, including text inputs, generated outputs, saved content, brand voices, and project data. This is essential to provide our AI content generation services.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe securely handles your payment information. We only retain limited billing metadata (such as your plan and subscription status).
Usage Information
We automatically collect information about how you use KaleidoForge, including features used, generation history, and preferences, to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve KaleidoForge's AI content generation features, process your requests, and personalize your experience.
Communication
We may send you service-related emails (such as account confirmations and security alerts) and, with your consent, product updates. You can manage email preferences in your settings or unsubscribe at any time.
AI Processing
To generate content, your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (see below). We do not sell your personal content, and we do not use your private content to train our own models without your explicit consent.
Third-Party Service Providers
AI Providers
We use Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Groq to process your content inputs and generate outputs. Your content is sent to these providers only to deliver results. Per their policies, content submitted via their APIs is not used to train their models.
Infrastructure & Payments
We rely on Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider only processes the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
Data Security
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Your content is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud platforms.
Access Controls
Access to user data is restricted and protected by authentication and database-level security (Row Level Security). We follow the principle of least privilege.
Infrastructure Compliance
We rely on leading infrastructure providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) that maintain SOC 2 compliance and undergo regular third-party audits.
Your Rights
Access & Portability
You can access and copy your saved content at any time through your account. To request a full export of your data, contact us at support@kaleidoforge.ai.
Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we remove your data from our active systems promptly (and within 30 days at the latest).
Correction
You can update or correct your personal information through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
International Data Transfers
KaleidoForge is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children's Privacy
KaleidoForge is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
